By accessing or using JShare ("the App"), provided by Juuso Lappalainen ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

The software used in JShare is licensed under the GPL 3.0 License. This means you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, subject to the terms of the GPL 3.0 License. Please refer to the full text of the associated GPL 3.0 License for additional details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juuso Lappalainen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. You will also receive a notice about this within the App and will be required to accept the new Terms to continue usage. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any legal action or proceeding related to the App shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Finland.
